    We are currently experiencing issues with a system this company installed before Christmas. We have found it, lets say, difficult, to get a reasonable response. So far the street water pressure, the street gas pressure, and the actual system (warantee) have been offered up as reasons for the issues we are experiencing. Having followed up all of these avenues with the relevant people (Gas, water, brand) we have been told by these other agencies that the fundamental issue is that the wrong system has been installed for our needs. This company refuses to remove the system and refund us the $1600 we paid for it. They continue to blame the manufacturer (who came out without charge to investigate and declared that the system is fine just not suitable) and they are now not answering our calls. I would not receommend this company to anyone. Not even to someone I didn't like.

    Considering the only other review for this business is by the company themselves, I thought an unbiased view was warranted. I recently called this business for some urgent works we were desperately needing. The woman who answered was incredibly rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Certainly not what you need or deserve in a crisis where your home is threatened. After cutting me off several times and making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, she told me she wasn't interested in my job and hung up. Be warned. Talk about unprofessional!

    I feel the need to thank you and your company for the efficient, prompt, honest work to
    rectify our leaking solar hot water tank. Michael was polite, knowledgable, efficient
    and got the job done. After dealing with other major plumbers who basically left us
    with no water for a week, then wanted to charge us 1/2 hr for 5 mins on the property
    after not being able to give us a definite time or day when they would be back to fix
    it. Florite plumbing stated when they would be out, then called the morning of to
    confirm they were on their way, and that was within 24 working hours of the original
    phone call. We know who we'll be calling for any other plumbing needs that arise,
    you've re-instated my beliefs that plumbers are actually honest/fair workers,
    ( a belief that was quickly diminishing with the recent exposure to other companies.)
    Once again thanks for relieving the stressful situation at an honest price with prompt
    efficient service.
