    We stopped here to buy flowers for a friend we were visiting in Westmead Hospital. Didn't take too much notice as we were distressed about our friend and thought the business was ok. When my wife unwrapped flowers at the hospital they were disappointing in appearance. They ended up in the bin and it was very embarrassing for us. Never again.

    I am not impressed with the fact that the flowers wreaked of cigeratte odour upon delivery. Also the quality of the writing on the "message" was appalling, and they even scribbled over a spelling mistake rather than start again with a new card.

    It's the first impression that is extremely important and gratifying if you're a
    recipient of a gift like this, but in this instance I may as well of sent my wife $70 worth
    of cigarettes.

    When I called to complain all I got was a disinterested "oh, sorry" and they didn't even have the decency to respond to my email complaint about it.

    Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
    Not happy and I'm not prepared to take the risk of paying for this type of service again.
