    Very disappointed at the level of service I received from Flower Temple. This place was highly recommended by others and I ordered flowers for my fiance a day before Valentines Day. No issues with the order going through. Expected my fiance to receive the flowers sometime mid afternoon but nothing. Rang flower temple just after 5pm to find out where the order was and all I got was they have been having trouble with the courier, and they could not promise delivery the same day anymore. Fair enough - but the least they could have done was called me and informed me of the delay. Now at this hour I'm stuck with no flowers at all and having to go to a servo to source some flowers. Not happy at all and all they offered me was a refund! I highly recommend you stay away from ordering online from Flower Temple unless buying in store.

    I couldn't agree more with the disappointment of service, i have been waiting over a month for my quote and each week i am promised to get it, i am still waiting. What was most disappointing is when you meet this particular staff, they are exactly what you are looking for, unfortunately the delivery of service is not there, if they don't want your business, then just say so it saves everyone time

    Was in the store for bridal ideas and the store is pretty dim so the flowers look great from the outside.The service was really poor, left unattended for a while, and the flowers are not exactly fresh and happy looking on a closer look.

    I must say the services at the flower temple were pretty disappointing. After asking for a quote which was received, they deleted it off the system when I was ready to make a deposit two days later because they were 'too busy'. The person was rude to me on the phone because they were stressed. If they couldn't do the job, they should have let me know from the start... not say they will commit then then change their minds a few days later. I felt like they were unreliable. The kids helped me pick these flowers (I'm a teacher) and when they asked about the flowers again, having to tell them we will have to choose a different set is pretty disappointing...a quote from one of my brighter kids "that stinks!"

    This is a hidden gem, although difficult to find well worth the effort. This is without a doubt the best florist I have ever seen, the flowers are that fresh that they almost dont look real. Beautiful flower arrangements, big variety of plants to choose from, great giftware and they even teach floristry workshops. Well done Flower Temple for creating an amazing place to visit.

    Wide variety range of flowers. They even take orders as our needs. The great thing, they can make the decoration according to the picture as we requested. However, everyone seems to be busy when I first time enter the shop, I felt like I was unattended.
    Good product, however, I was a little disappointed by the service.
