    Vixeyv i am very suprised thats you had that experience here. Doesn't sound like the girls. I have been here a handfull of times with both stylists. I am always treated in the same way and recieve the same cut and colour from both girls. My first time i went here i was impressed that they did pay attention to evan the smallest details. I was asked all the right questions about my hair and given the right advice about how to take care of my hair at home. I was also amazed they gave me a price up front and that didn't change. Never had that before. The other thing i liked was they did this everytime to see how i was going and if there was anything i wanted to improve on was their words. I love what the girls do here and have recommended many friends and family members here. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else now i love my hair. You girls really are Annandale's best kept secret.

    After getting a hair cut and colour, which was pretty subpar if you asked anyone, ringing them back and consulting whether I could have a further snip through to style my cut a bit more... apparently because I hadn't purchased the shampoo products offered during the financial transaction (a beautiful $230 for cut and slight tint colour), the colour isn't covered by their warranty so I'll be charged for a re-do. Same applies to the cut too it seems! Because I signed some consent form during their "consultation", I get no right to a fix up if I believe they did a terrible job! All I got was "technically, there is nothing wrong with the hair cut". Well technically, I paid too much for poor loyalty and service. They just upheld that they did as asked. I'm sorry, I thought YOU were the haircutting experts? Where's your input? If this were Just Cuts I'd agree, but since I splashed out for a good do, seems that name really doesn't mean backbone in hairdressing.
    Every other hairdresser offers a re-do if you're not happy. That just indicates pride in their service, and in customer return. Not this place, sad.

    Highly recommended! I am always hesitant going to a new hairdresser. I was made to feel welcomed and my hair stylist sat down with me to work out exactly what I wanted. She was able to tell me what would and would not work for my hair too. She even asked what styling products I use and why, so she knew how to texture my hair to how I like to style it. It felt so personalised and I didn't feel like just another client. She completed my cut and styled it within 20 minutes! I am so happy with my hair which is a relief because the cut I required is quite short and a lot could have gone wrong. The price was quite reasonable, especially for the area and the salon is small and cosy. I will definitely be coming back here!!

    I paid a little more than I usually pay, But wow it was really worth it. My foils were right on the roots. I loved the colours the girls recommended, it was such an improvement from my last colour. Because of the equipment they used, my colour was ready in 12 minutes.
