    Walked in yesterday to buy a pair of runners. There were 3 staff on - all looked under 18-20. Who were all so engaged in coversation about the weekend that they didn't even notice me walk in, let alone attend to me. I walked around the darkly lit store for 15 mins. When I didn't receive ANY help, I went to another stop and got fantastic service (and a pair of shoes!)
