Forge Farm is a small friendly Riding School, established for 12 years in the Darling Ranges 50kms from Perth. The school itself comprises of 12.5 acres and adjoins the forest which stretches for many killometers with no roads to cross and no traffic to contend with. Whether you want lessons in the arena or a trail ride through the forest, your safety is our top priority. Every ride is escorted by an experienced leader, our horses are calm and well mannered and boots and helmets are provided. We are members of the AHRC (Australian Horse Riding Centres) ensuring that the premises are clean and safe, the horses and equipment is well cared for, we have insurance, working with children checks and accredited instruction.

Sent our son on a horse riding camp at Forge Farm. The owner Wendy is a lovely laid back lady who keeps the facilities clean and well organized. After visiting several other horse riding camps Wendy's was the only one we found that had really good accommodation for the kids which makes a mum feel better and the kids feel comfortable. I believe there is another horse riding farm in the Perth area with good accommodation facilities but it was a bit further out for us. Even the tack room was highly organized and clean making it easier for the kids themselves with a picture of each horse next to its tack so they couldn't get confused. A lovely place to let your child experience the great orders, learn how to be independent and take on the responsibility of caring for a horse.
