    How unfortunate that such a nice shop offering a great selection of cheeses and other products has staff that make comments about customers. I was shocked to overhear what the staff said about a very nice customer. I hope the customer didn't hear them and I hope I didn't get the same comments after I left! One can't help but wonder what the owners of the business would think about such unprofessional conduct ?! Although I loved the shop , the sandwiches and desert were delicious I am not at all sure I will return!

    So many types of cheese - cheese heaven!! As a bonus they are happy for you to try the cheese before you purchase so you can go for something different without fear of buying a block and not liking it. Lots of cheese accompaniments too.

    The range of cheese in this store is fantastic. If you love cheese then this place is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend the truffled pecorino cheese, it is sublime. The St Agur blue cheese is also great but you cant leave this shop without buying the pecorino. They also have a cafe but I highly recommend this deli for buying a great range of cheese. They also stock all of the accompaniments such as bread, crackers, olive oil, muscatels, pasta, quince paste etc.

    WOW - what a great addition to Surry Hills! I went here with some friends on a Sunday afternoon (yesterday) for a lazy couple of hours on a winters day and it was superb. We had 3 cheeses (Oh my goodness - the triple cream one!) and they did a lovely meat platter with Truffle salami, ham and prosciutto and some Mornington Peninsula Pinot. It doesn't look that much from the outside but once you get in, it's another world. With a cheese room. Great staff, good looking and really friendly and knowledgeable!

    I love cheese. When I was growing up our family had a separate fridge just for cheese. I saw this shop had opened I couldn't wait. The cheese selections are great and they're happy for you to try before you buy, which is necessary with the price of some of the cheeses. The service is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the breads to go with the cheese appear only to be sold in large quantities, much larger than the small amount of triple cream Brie I'm going to eat. Maybe they could half the portion sizes for some of the bread/breadsticks.

      Cant agree more - love this place, but wish the bread came in smaller servings - they always ask me if I want bread but end up buying lavosh at the supermarket next door as we end up throwing half the bread away.

    Cheese lovers rejoice! This place has just opened and its unassuming facade hides a real gem. An array of cheeses from france and the UK (and many other countries I'm sure) - so many to choose from the lovely French woman behind the counter was more than happy for me to try quite a few to ensure it was to our taste. Delightful, a great European type deli and lots of cheeses to choose - from the value concious through to the wikedly priced - but that's the price for great 'cant find anywhere else cheese'.
