It was great value for money because it was really FAST! It took unbelievable 1 and half hour for 2 men to finish moving from a 2 bedroom unit to the destination that was about 15k away. Comparing to our past experiences, similar contents, further distances had normally been just around 4-5 hours.

We got them to move our stuff a mere 100km and you would swear it had been around the world three times. Almost every major item of furniture was badly damaged. We have moved eight times in total over the years and quite seriously, the amount of damage done on this move was worse than all the others combined and multiplied several times over.
We tried to claim against the damage, but they just stated that they didn't damage anything. -

DO NOT USE FRAGILE REMOVALS. I'm afraid AFRA wont be much help to those who wish to refer to them about Fragile Removals. I was overcharged a considerable amount compared to the initial quote, AFRA threw out my complaint while I had considerable evidence and FR had none. FR never actually responded to AFRA's request for information for a prolonged amount of time. There has been a change of complaints management however I'm afraid it's worse, new person won't return calls at all.-

Fragile Removals & Storage Response: Dear Justin, you were never given a fixed quote for your move, instead we gave you an extremely competitive hourly rate which you were very happy with upon booking the move. The amount charged at the end of the move was simply the hours that the move took, start to end. The two movers have worked fast to finish your move as quick as they can, they did not take any breaks, and did not charge you for the bubble wrap and tape used during the move to secure your belonging (that were very poorly wrapped). At the end of the move you refused to pay them after they worked so hard to transport your valuables safely to the new place. You used offensive language towards them. The government body that regulates the removals industry found your complaint to be invalid. What surprised them the most is that you mentioned few times during the move how happy you are with their skills and fast pace, it was only when you saw the bill your attitude suddenly changed.1 month ago

The guys were great!!!! They were very professional and worked extremely hard to get all the furniture and bit and pieces packed in tightly without risk of damage. All round we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services to others.

We moved a one bedroom apartment with Fragile removals last Friday.
They were the second cheapest quote we received , and we decided to go with them after speaking to a representative on the phone and having a look at their website. They appeared to be a professional, experienced and reputable company. We were not let down. I was greeted by a friendly team of guys and was amazed by their speed. They were clearly well trained on packing, lifting and moving our items in a safe manner to protect both our belongings and themselves.
Nothing was damaged in the move and it took last time then I expected. At the end of the day the job was well done, which was the most important thing to me. I would highly recommend Fragile removals for an affordable safe move.

Fragile Removals was terrible they looked professional online, with AFRA membership etc but failed to follow through with any level of service. They arrived late. I am going to be calling the Australian Furniture Removals Association to complain about Fragile Removals. I shoud have used one of the more trusted names recommended like Grace or Kent or King and Wilson. My recommendation is to avoid websites that look really good but the prices are low. I hope my review helps you all avoid what has been a very distressing situation for myself. Don't use Fragile Removals! -

Watching my friend on the day of her move. They arrived 5 hours late. They were unable to move the piano (which is why my friend picked this company because they advertise themselves as piano movers!). They charged her $200 per hour, which is extravagant compared to other local companies (although i suppose she should have shopped around for a better price) but having said that she was prepared to pay for professionals. In the end she refused to pay the full amount.
