    They were 6 hrs late, they were very slow, the company was extremely rude, they left some of my things behind and also held my fridge ransom. i have a baby who couldn't have milk because they didn't give me my fridge. they were the worst removals company i have ever used and if i could find another way to let everyone know not to use them i would. they then blamed me! unbelievable!

    The move last week went well. The guys who did the job were lovely. They were professional & worked solidly throughout the day on what I'm sure was not a fun job for them (there were A LOT of stairs up in the new place!).

    Terrible terrible company. They broke our coffee table and dissapeared for a couple of hours during the move then drove around in circles to waste time. To top it all off you get absolutely disgraceful customer service from an extremely rude staff when you try and claim the so called insurance. They admitted making a mistake when handling the coffee table but the company refused to pay up. Ended up costing $720 and a coffee table and took 3 hours longer than it took me to move the exact same by myself in a hired truck. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

    Just wanted to say how great is their service. Jordan and his offsider (Jamie?) arrived promptly at 8:30am morning and they did a fantastic job packing and transferring our furniture into storage. Listening to their conversations in French was an unexpected bonus! We will definitely use this company again.
