    Been to Alla for many years..an amazing woman who manages to tame my eyebrows when no one else can..does amazing facials and always listens to any skin irritation I have..ready to help me with her experience...will continue to go there for Many years to come.

    The voucher I had wasn't even expired yet but they have still refused to honour it!!!
    I have a cudo voucher for a 2 hour pampering session, which expires next week (still not expired). I had broken my arm in January and am currently waiting surgery, so have been unable to drive down to the salon. However, I finally managed to call in to arrange an appointment last week, Despite the fact that the voucher still had a week to go before expiry, the staff advised that they had no 2 hour time slots available and so was unable to honour the voucher. They refused to offer appointments after the expiration date, when they next had time available, nor to provide any other options eg taking value of voucher in product.
    I would not recommend anyone purchase a gift voucher from Frame of Beauty, and if you are seeking compassionate, accommodating, caring staff - GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

      Cudo vouchers were valid for 12 month from April 2nd 2011 to April 2nd 2012. You have visited salon in the afternoon on the April 29th 2012 which were living only 1 ½ days to find the time to book you in, unfortunately it was impossible to accommodate 2hr treatment within such a short notice.       Alla, unfortunately you have the date incorrect- I actually called in on the 27/4/12, when you were having coffee across the street, remember....! Obviously more business focused than customer focused - As stated earlier - AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

    I have been visiting Alla a the frame of beauty for about 6 months now. My first visit was with one of her 'bargain' pamper packages and the massage sold me! Also her waxing is very professional and I felt very comfortable. A plus as some places you go these days are rough and ready and turf you out after you have sat on a piece of plastic sheeting but not at Alla's - a lovely friendly face and professional beauty care. I had been seeing someone for 5 years that I was very comfortable with and she moved past Frankston too far to travel so I found Alla and there has been no looking back. Thanks Alla - appreciate your services and look forward to seeing you this weekend. Cheers Sandra

    I purchased a voucher from cudo.com for a 2 hour pampering pack from 'Frame Of Beauty' . I generally don't spend a great deal of time having treatments as having a family I am time poor.....BUT that will be no longer!!!! I had ultrasonic therapy, colour therapy, a facial & an amazing head & shoulder massage from Alla it was pure heaven!!!!

    I live half an hour away from Mordialloc but the treatment I received was well worth the trip. I am in the process of looking at what I want next.... will it be "Lymphatic Drainage Spa Oil' a 'Full Body Relaxation Massage' or a'Intensive Eye Contour Treatment'???? Come on give Alla a call because we ALL deserve some special treatment in or busy lives. Thanks Alla once again & I will be calling on you shortly. :)

    Alla, thank you and Frame of Beauty so very much for everything you have done for me,...facials, manicures, massages and "magic eye treatments!" Not only do I look and feel 10 years younger, you have given me more confidence than I have ever had in my life! Maybe the two go "hand in hand",..looking and feeling better means people telling me that I look fantastic! All I know it is ....your beauty treatments are the reason!

    With your caring manner and wealth of experience in the beauty industry you helped me to treasure myself - and this make me a better person! Thanks to your high quality beauty treatments, our laughs and your caring way, I am a more gentle mother, a more generous friend and a much better wife, simply because you helped me realise that if I don't care, treasure and respect myself,...how can anyone else!

    Rude, unhelpful and the worst customer service (or lack of) I've ever experienced! After receiving a $50 gift voucher for Xmas, I tried to redeem this and discovered the voucher was valid for only 3 months (who does that anyway?). Only 1 month after the voucher expired, they were not at all interested in honoring this nor did they even offer a compromise. The words "...your fault..." & "...not my problem....." were all I received. - that's very dishonest in my book. Frame of Beauty? I am dissapointed.

      Thank you, Here at the Frame of Beauty we appreciate all the responses, because its help us evaluate & improve, when itâ??s needed, the level of service we provide In regards to your review, I would like to HIGHLIGHT that YOUR voucher has EXPIERED over 1 ½ months ago As an example, you wouldnâ??t be able to get last months or even yesterday special in the supermarket or any other store for that matter Furthermore, from your phone call yesterday where you clearly stated acknowledgment of an expiration date in your voucher but still expecting us to arrange your app in the next few weeks after your voucher has expired 6 weeks ago simply couldnâ??t be granted There are rules, conditions & policies in place as in any other business & not making the random exception &/or not been doing what You Want does not mean unhelpful service or being rude!
      Iâ??m sorry for the unfortunate situation, but we have to be fair to the customers who use the vouchers within the guidelines & the timeframe.

      Being a sales manager for a large company, I'm more than familiar with terms and conditions - I'm also more than familiar with being easy to do business with and how important it is to be accommodating when you can. Comparing this circumstance to a supermarket limited offer is not the same. These businesses rely on third party suppliers, limited stock & use by dates. Yours is a small business based on a personal service that can be replicated regardless of time. It does not cost anything to be flexible for clients in your industry, especially when an honest oversight has been made - but it makes for a negative experience if you're not, like this.

      I am pleased to know the work position you are in, however it seems you cannot understand the whole point of the expiration date, so the reason for putting a expiration date on the gift voucher that is to clearly show before which date it can be used for. That is the bottom line.
      You have simply decided to try your luck; that it's fine, some people will do that, but it did not work this time. I hope it will help you in the future to appreciate the gift and acknowledge the due date more seriously.

    I have been going to Frame of Beauty for a few months now to get my nails done with the Bio Sculpture Gel, my eyebrows shaped, waxed and tinted and also my eyelashes tinted.

    I love the colours Alla has with the Bio Gel Nails and she always does a fantastic job! I always get complements from my friends and family and even a few of the boys at work. I constantly work with my hands so it is hard for me to have beautiful nails, but Alla does a fantastic job and makes them stronger to last longer with my line of work.

    When getting my eyebrows waxed and shaped, Alla is very gentle and also fantastic with shaping. Every time Alla shapes my eyebrows they are always perfect, they shape my face
    well and there not too thin or too thick, just perfect!

    I would highly recommend Alla to all my friends and family, she is a great person and she is extremely good at what she does! I always look forward to seeing her and I cant wait to see what design we are going to do with my nails next.

    Going to Frame of Beauty is always a highlight in my day where I am greeted by Alla a true professional who not only provides a beauty treatment that will have you waiting impatiently until your next visit, but also knowing you always are in the company of a long time friend who knows how to give you the best advice tailored for your specific treatments. Alla is very attentive to your every beauty need or concern you may have whether its skin treatments, specialised skin care products from Switzerland, body sculpture or your basic indulgences such as waxing, manicures and pedicures.

    I could not be more delighted or happier with all the gorgeous skin treatments such as the deluxe facials, body treatments, Eyebrow shaping (simply the best) deep tissue massages and the Bio Sculpture nails that I have regularly. I enjoy attending every visit at Frame of Beauty because I know that I leave looking and feeling a million dollars, but also that other people notice how beautifully radiant my skins looks and my Bio Sculpture nails are always a hit no matter where I go.

    Dont waste any more time, indulge yourself and rediscover that new youthful you and let Alla pamper you with her Midas touch.
