    Booked in for a wash and blow dry via email 1 month in advance and received confirmation of appointment. Requested stylist at rate of $45 as per charge sheet online. Arrived at appointed time - no record of appointment. Managed to fit me in but I was not offered refreshments or even a magazine to read. Stylist was nice but obviously new, blow dry fell out as staff was drying sections of hair - very poor quality. Then I was charged $59.00. If you are going to use this salon, a) make sure you confirm the appointment in advance, b) bring drinks and reading material, c) double check the pricing, d) consider travelling to a nearby blow dry bar the outcome is probably worth the additional time and the cost is significantly less.

    After reading the positive reviews on here I decided to give this salon a try and I am very glad I did! I went in for a cut and a full head of foils and a treatment.

    When I arrived at the salon I was warmly greeted and as I was a little early given a seat, a fresh stack of new magazines and someone got me a latte and a glass of water. What great service! All the staff smiled at me as I walked past.

    My hairdresser, Caroline was very nice and professional and had a chat with me about what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result, and have been getting compliments all weekend about my new haircut. I love how she styled my hair as I left the salon on Saturday. My hairdresser did not rush me and she really took the time to do the best job on my hair.

    This salon wasn't cheap - it was $320 for a cut, colour and treatment, which already included a $20 discount as I got a voucher from the website. But I think it was worth every penny!!

    Best hair cut/style/colour I have had in Sydney through out my 13 years living here! Everyone is friendly, they communicate very well and are helpful in finding a style that suits and makes you happy

    New to Sydney, Parisian hair guru Franck Provost (think Tony & Guy) with a French edge opened a concept salon recently. The interior is trés, trés chic, matched by sharp cuts – their trademark and fantastic service including a welcome touch of all hairdressers using a new hairbrush on each client (worry not: the brushes are recycled). The classy joint also offers a chilled glass of Bollinger or a selection of espressos. So Frenchy, so chic!
