    Hi,
    I called your clinic at 10:25am this morning only to be put on hold and then left on hold. When I hung up and rang back your clinic had put the answer machine service on saying you are closed and that this service is not taking any messages. This is not how a health clinic should treat its patients all you had to do was take my number and return my call at a later time and not keep me on hold for over 4 mins I was ringing from a mobile.
