    Just had my hair cut & coloured by Kaitlyn & it was fantastic! I have such thin, fine hair & I walked out at the end with loads of volume. Anyone can make good hair look good but it takes real skill to make problem hair look good. Great atmosphere & wonderful service too! Highly recommended.

    I bought a groupon voucher and had my hair done with Kaitlyn the other week and i just want to say it was the best experience at a salon I've ever had! Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Kaitlyn gave me the best cut and colour I've ever had and my hair has never felt better! She really listened to what i wanted and really cared. I will definitely be back! Amazing!

    I have been a loyal client for over 11 years and must say I would never trust anyone else with my hair if you want fabulous hair and a relaxing experience than you should book in with my number one hairdresser Fred shahed

    Fred is the best.
    One of the only hairdressers i have come across who actually listens to the client and gives you what you want I'm always 100% happy with the cut and colour and he is so sweet.

    Just had my hair down with Fred Shahed himself after a 9 week wait and can now see what all the fuss it about not only he listened to me the whole time gave me wonderful suggestions that works with my hair and lifestyle.
    I have never felt so glamorous he cut my hair to make it look like i had double the amount on my head he works magic with he's hands he's a true artist.

    I am pleased to review this salon as I've been trying really hard to get an appointment with Fred shahed for weeks and with some luck I got in and it's true what everyone has been saying about him. He is the most amazing hairdresser! my new colour and hair extensions are so amazing I look and feel like a new woman!

    I rarely write reviews but this time I felt the need to. Yesterday I decided after looking in the mirror my hair needed to be done. After trawling up and down Oxford st I came a across this fab place. I walked in and was greeted with a smile from the lovely Mel, she quickly asked me what I wanted and went to check if they could squeeze me in. It must have been my lucky day because they could! Fred himself was my stylist and I found him to be delightful!! Fred did a half head of foils and they were perfect! He then styled and cut my hair which again were both perfect jobs. Fred's range of clothing is to die for and I couldn't help myself and left with two gorgeous pieces even though I am meant to be on a shopping ban!!! I would totally recommend this gorgeous place!!! This place really knows the meaning of customer service!!!!! Thanks to all who made my experience such a fabulous one xxxx

    Another salon who does not care about customer, their feedback or post sales service. They participate in deals, get customers sucked in and provide absolutely reckless service. Don't go here, do not buy their vouchers they will put you in the hands of a new assistant, spoil your hair and wouldn't give a damn about it... beware!!
