    Initial contact with Freedom Pools was ok, but after paying them in excess of $30,000 for a very small pool, the pool was out of shape. No one checked the work which for the money is very bad service. Really off putting attitudes from staff during half way into the process. No one cared or bothered to follow up (no after sales service). Now left with a substandard pool which doesn't justify the expense of the project. People we know used Summertime Pools and had excellent feedback. They did check their work after installation and they made sure they used methods to ensure the pool was the correct shape (Freedom did not). Go elsewhere if you want a result worth parting with your money!
