I am a very unhappy customer. I purchased a leather couch from Freedom Jindalee and was sold the 3 year warranty.. well before the warranty had even expire the couch fell it bit, the leather came away from the seems. They sent someone out to access the couch regarding my warranty, which of course was a contractor to Freedom, I was told that it was the way we used the couch and sat on it which caused all the leather to break away from the seems! They were quick to send back a report saying it was not faulty and they would not do anything to fix the problem of my near new $3,600 couch falling to bits. I organised 3 other leather professionals and upholsters to come out and they all supported my complaint of bad workman ship. They all said it was breaking away from the seems because they had used DUSTCOVER which is supposed to be used under the couch instead of using leather all the way back into the seems of the couch- to cut costs obviously. The staff here are so lovely when you are considering your purchase but as soon as something goes wrong you can be guaranteed they will do everything in their power to pass the blame. If you are looking for a leather couch to last more than 2 years SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
