    Rude and unprofessional! Left them a voice message but didn't get any responses back then the someone hanged up on me during a conversation which was condescending and plain rude. All around bad experience! Will never use again :(

    I have used this plumber on several occasions I have always found Freeway Plumbing to be courteous, respectful and prompt. I asked the plumber to go to my ageing mothers place and fix her taps, the plumber was polite and called ahead of time to say they were running late. I have read the negative comments about this plumber and cannot understand as all I have for this business is praise.

    The other day I called the plumber to repair my faulty taps. I have used them in the past the last time being 2011 and I have always found them to be polite, prompt and if they are running late they I've you a courtesy call, so I don't know why people are posting negative comments as I have found them excellent and recommended this plumbing service to friends and work colleagues.

    DO NOT USE FREEWAY PLUMBING!!! Completely unprofessional, I was hung up on twice, when phone was finally answered they confessed they intentionally ignored my phonecalls! Do yourself a favour and call someone else!

    I am a mature aged person and I have used this plumber on numerous occasions he is Always prompt with service and call back after you leave a message. Also with being female he does not take advantage of you by increasing the prices or claiming that you need extra work done when you don't unlike other trades people. I would recommend this trades person to anyone as he is prompt and has manners.

    I have used this plumbing service for blocked drains within my property. I have found them to be prompt as they arrived at my property within 1 hour of booking the job. I would recommend this plumbing service due to their efficiency and good service.
