I have been going to this Salon for a couple of years on and off. It is by far the best salon I have found in regards to Cleanliness and botanical based products used, Apart from polish of course! Although from what I understand the Butter nail polishes have a few of the ultra nasty stuff removed? I do have to say that I feel the last few times I have been in I have felt like the girls that work there are a bit robotic. They seem to not really have much love for what they are doing? Really...monotone. I to work in a customer serviced based industry and know it is tuff sometimes. But I just wanted the girls to know that you are appreciated and that you do a great job! But in saying that I really want to have an overall "experience" when I get my nails done as I don't get them done very often. I don't really want to listen to a commercial radio station and I don't want to feel as though I am making you talk. I will definitely be back! Just a little bit of hopefully productive criticism.
