    I would not use this company if they were the last company around! I ordered flowers for a friend who's mother had passed away and when i saw what was delivered, i was so disappointed and embarrassed. After making a complaint and asking for either a new lot to be sent (like the ones i ordered) or a refund, i was told the following - The flowers that were sent were "far" more classier, i was being unreasonable and should i want a new bunch sent or be refunded, i would have go and collect the flowers from the person they were sent to and return to a florist. Not only were the flowers diasappointing, so was the customer service. I ordered a bunch that was meant to consist of Gerberas, Lisianthus, Spray Roses and sprigs of eucalyptus. I paid the additional also for additional flowers - The bunch received had lillies, one gerbera and daisys. I understand if a flower is out of stock, however they should be replaced with a flower similar or another florist should get the work if they cannot provide. I paid $105.99 for a $40 bunch. The other store maybe a little expensive, but their service and quality is so much better than what this company can provide.

    Do not think that the online picture will resemble your order. I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral in Perth and was very specific about the small changes to the arrangement for which I paid extra. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture online, nor did it accommodate any of the changes I requested. Not the same shape, same type of flowers, colors of flowers requested...NOTHING!!! I was simply shocked when I saw my name on the gift card with the arrangement more suited to a 16 year old girl. How embarrassing! The company refused to send out a new arrangement or discount/refund my money. Their disclaimer is: "Fresh Flowers and Gifts, Petals Network Pty Ltd and its Members reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers worldwide." This disclaimer allows them to change anything, as the pictures online do not represent what is available in the market. They changed everything about the order, and included only 2 of the 4 colors I requested. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
