I am an old customer of Fresh from about 5 years ago and I have rediscovered them. Since I purchased from them, they have added thousands of brands to their site and their eNews have gotten so much better and more informative. Their current eNews is Easter specials which I got just this afternoon so I have made a purchase for the Philosophy body wash for my sister for Easter. Looking forward to receiving the gift wrapped goodies!

I discovered this site 2 years ago and am loving it. I have saved so much money using it, I look back in horror how much I used to spend on my skincare and cosmetics :-(

Delivery is free which is great and I get it delivered to my work as I don't have time to waste in large stores where I am being ignored most of the time anyway...

When mistakes do happen, Fresh is quick to rectify them. Their customer support is fantastic and is only a local phone call away.

Do yourself a faovur and try them out :-)

I love this website, first time I ordered I got the wrong thing, called them and they said "no problems, send it back" and a few days later got the right item. The process was so smooth and easy, I became an instant convert.

These days I buy all my make up from them and so do my friends. We have all saved heaps of money and we get free delivery as well so everyone is happy :-)

With the money I saved I went on a mini break and feel better than ever and my skin looks fantastic!

I saw this company on a freebie site becuase they were doing a promotion - free Stila lipbalm with all orders. I had a look at the product and it was really cute so I ordered a new mascara that I was lusting over and it came in 3 days all gift wrapped and beautifully presented. Free postage too. So all in all I was pretty happy with the service and my cute little gift!

I found this site because aside from my love of Dior perfumes, I had no idea about what make up was best for me. I found an enews letter that on google about foundations and then I saw an older one about organic make up and I was impressed by the heap of information on beauty products. I don't bother with department stores anymore, I can get everything I need from Fresh

Great online store with a great selection of brands and products. Very competitive prices and free shipping was a major contributor to choosing fresh over other online stores. Great customer service as well. It is very refreshing to eb able to call an Australia number and have assistance. Highly recommend this service. Orders arrive very promptly and veryhigh quality.

I've been buying my cosmetics from Fresh for years and I always feel confident putting my trust in an Australian company. I now receive a 15% lifetime loyalty discount and I know if there is ever any problems with my order, they will do whatever they can to fix it. They respond quickly to my questions and have some great e-newsletters to keep me up to speed with all the latest cosmetics sales. Can't go past Fresh, I say.

I recently stumbled across Fresh because I was looking for an Australian cosmetics retailer. At first I was disappointed they weren't a retail outlet but when I discovered they have free shipping world wide and their products usually take less than a week to arrive, I cheered up a bit! The range is amazing, so many hard to find brands, I have been able to rediscover all my old favourites and hang on to some discontinued lines for a little longer. And I feel better for supporting an Australian company rather than an overseas store. And most of all, its great customer service, really quick and friendly. Recommend them to all my friends and family now!
