    Not helpful at all! Actually quite rude!
    I went in to friendlies as I was suffering with an extremely runny nose and I was all bunged up. I do suffer with hay-fever but was unsure if it was just hay fever or also a cold. I mentioned this to the staff and I was answered with "well I don't know either" which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional, surely the staff could have asked what my symptoms were. I will be avoding this chemist and going to mount hawthorn instead from now on.
