    We originally had a quote from Frost for one split and then decided to get a multi split. The company had no problems in sending me a revised price and quote which was fantastic and booked it in for a day that suited me. The staff in the office are friendly and the installation team worked well and communicated with myself and each other. They were tidy and polite, removed my old unit and disposed of it. I have no hesitations in recommending Frost Air to anyone.

    I am happy to recommend Frost Air to anyone looking for air conditioning. We had a ducted system installed upstairs and a split system installed downstairs. Everything that was discussed during the sale was completed satisfactorily and the units work really well.
    I particularly liked the on the spot quote which no other company did.

    I recommend doing your own research about different brands and their running costs so you know exactly what your are getting and what questions to ask as there is so much choice on the market.

    Frost gave me the best deal for the brand I wanted.

    Installation was excellent, especially the team who did the ducted system- they were very clean despite the rainy weather.

    We are undertaking a major renovation which includes the re-building of the roof to increase the space to allow for the installation of air-conditioning. The whole process has taken an long time due to council approvals required because of design changes.

    We selected the team at Frost to install the air-conditioning and they were extremely accommodating in installing our air-conditioning. The delays in council approval were no issue to them and they did not once try to increase the price due to the time taken from the quote to the final install, which was more than 12 months. They were also able to adjust the installation process to fit in with our building time line and requirements.

    When installing the air-conditioning, we were informed of what building works needed to be undertaken to ensure no issues with the work to be completed. The tradesman arrived on time and worked well past their normal finishing time (at no cost) to ensure the job was completed. They also assisted with the installation of the new fuse box inside the house.

    At the end of the day, all mess was cleaned up and the air-conditioning worked perfectly.

    There have been no issues to date and there is a marked difference in the temperature of the house and being able to maintain the comfort levels.

    I could not speak more highly of the team at Frost and would recommend them to anyone looking to install air-conditioning.

    I have had 2 projects with Frost in the space of 2 months. Overall whilst I had a number of issues their business was committed to working with me to resolve them. They seem to be a fair honest organisation who will do the right thing by you.

    Project 1:
    The first quote misquoted/incorrect (due to my roof structure which we discovered 1 2 days before the install). So I did not get the actual unit that I thought that I was going to. The replacement units was $2500 more costly and whilst the technology was more commercially orientated the original unit had a better controller, lower noise and a significantly smaller out door unit. There were many issues with the job, but the team worked through it. Their management team kept close to the job to ensure that what ever issues came up were sorted out.

    The installer team were exceptional. Drop sheets, very polite, happy to have me observe (overall job 2 days)

    Project 2:
    A smaller system, the quote was quite competitive, I requested the same install team and Frost accepted. In a number of hours the system was in, the team cleaned up really well.

    Something that I discovered:

    My 17kw Actron Duct unit uses 38w on standby (I assume that it is to keep the compressor motor oil warm and power the pcb's)

    The 7.1kw Fujitsu Split unit uses 170w on standby, just over 4kw/hours per day or 80 cents a day to have the Fujitsu do nothing..............

    I wished the Frost team could have told me this before I purchased the system... I would have selected another system otherwise.....

    Frost Air Conditioning's service was great.
    We feels happy going through the process of installing the AC for our house with Frost Air.

    While two other companies did not come and just ask for the new house plan and gave us quote; Frost Air did come to do a proper assessment on what brand and size of ducted AC that is most suitable for the house.

    A right recommendation of size and brand, and competitive price.
    A very polite and clean installers.

    Once I had technical problem with the outdoor unit (which due with the manufacturer's warranty), Frost Air gave a very quick response, replied my email under 10 minutes, followed up the manufacturer. Bravo !

    As a customer, we can feel that Frost Air dedicated their full attention to support their customers' satisfaction.

    I have recommended Frost Air to friends.

    The service was excellent, from the quote right through to the installation and explanation of the product and how it works.

    We are very happy with Frost Air and highly recommend Frost Air to others interested in getting Air Conditioning installed.

    We sought a few quotes and advice on the best for our house and overall we believe that the recommendation made by Frost Air was the right one. The house has never been the same since we had Frost air recommend and install the correct Air-Conditioning.

    My overall experience was very good.The service provided to me was outstanding and I could not fault the company.

    The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful from my initial phone call. The appt was made for the sale rep to come to my house, and he was on time - very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the ins and outs of air conditioning and answered my queries honestly.

    The installation process was just as efficient. The team who installed my air conditioning was very respectful and thorough & cleaned up after themselves.

    I was so impressed I couldn't believe a company still exists that can accomplish great customer service!!

    My air conditioning works beautifully and I will definitely recommend Frost to my family & friends.

    If you are considering dealing with Frost Air Conditioning, I cannot advise you strongly enough to look elsewhere for your air conditioning requirements. Be warned by our experience and give them a wide berth. Our dealings with them turned out to be the biggest financial mistake of our lives. Cheap system, messy & low quality workmanship, high cost! After-sales assistance was so difficult to acquire, it was painful. It took 15 months and a detailed negative review here to get any mananger at Frost to return our phone calls. An absolute nightmare!
