    The products are fine, but.....

    One staff member who works there has such an attitude towards customers. They're cold, rude, and unhelpful. They mumble things at the lowest of their voice, throw changes into my hands, never looking up to face the customer. That kind of attitude is just unacceptable and unprofessional for customer service. I would like to make this complaint and let people know how awful the service is.

    I will take further steps to inform the management of the Toowong Village shopping center, collect evidence and publish them online, and organize enough people to boycott the place if things don't improve.

    Along with Farmer Joe's, Fruity Capers is the best fresh produce store in Brisbane. It must be tough to compete with a big ol' Coles a a couple of store down, but they are always busy and their produce is always the very best quality. Plus, they are extremely competitive, price-wise. Their deli is small but chock-full of great products. If you're the kind of person who at least wants to try small businesses instead of the big retailers where possible, Fruity Capers is the best place to start. I know it's hard to budget for small retailers a lot of the time, but FC is a great example of much better produce at a similar price.
