    I have been calling since early February to try and make a booking with this company for my scoopon voucher. I have called 15 times ( I checked my phone bill) and left over 7 phone messages. I have not been called back once, except a cancellation call for the one booking I did manage to make, an hour before I was due to leave for the appointment. The flimsy reason for cancelling combined with the fact that I had to cancel a meetings and also tell my coach I would not be able to attend training meant that I was completely unsatisfied with the service. I have since had to book a waxing appointment with another salon.The fact that they dont listen to phone massages, even bad ones or ones where the customer is trying to rebook after you cancel on them, and the fact that they cancelled the booking at all without follow up, means that they have over committed to the voucher process and can't handle the number of clients that have bought one. Now you are sitting there, unable to provide the service, waiting for me to simply give up calling and not bother to ask for refunds.
