We had a service done on our car approx 2 months ago and have now discovered with today's service (9/8/10) the air filter was crushed due to its housing not being properly secured plus one spark plug lead not correctly fitted (lucky car was not missing) and R/Hand tailgate light cover not correctly refitted. I contacted them and explained my disappointment in the workmanship and the reply I got was "thanks and a goodbye". The disappointment was there was absolutely no apology from them and I did say to them I was not looking for a refund or credit but too let them know of their poor workmanship so they could improve their service and not do this to other customers.
