    I have just joined truelocal purely to warn others of the horrible experience we had with this company. We got staff in based on the previous glowing review but it was all downhill after they produced their quote even though they seemed really switched on and acted like they knew exactly what we wanted to achieve. Appalling communication, didn't turn up on site when they said they'd be there then wouldn't return our phone calls when we tried to find out where they were. They didn't construct what we asked for then tried to tell us they "couldn't remember" what they were supposed to do rather than calling and asking us. Tried to build steps that weren't level (a couple of inches out!) and got stroppy when we asked to fix them! They didn't do a site cleanup afterwards. Must have had a personality transplant in the last couple of years because now they are rude, agressive and arrogant plus will not take direction from a woman - would only take direction from my husband. We wanted to have them fix up our backyard if they did a good job but there's not a hope we'll ever get them back to do anything. Be warned, this is not someone you want to deal with.

    So very happy. G & J landscaped our backyard. It looks amazing, just like a display home. It went from something that you did not even want to open the drapes to look at to an absoulutely amazing backyard. We now have an outside room with a beautiful manicured garden. We opted for fake turf. It looks so real and so good. We love it. We highly recommend Grantt Nichols for any landscaping Job. He was full of amazing ideas that we did not even think of. One was to blueboard and render an old sleeper wall. It is such a wonderful feature to our backyard. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.
