I have also had work (bathroom renovation) new frameless shower installation, fly screens, mirrors etc and all I have to say is the staff were courteous, experienced and provided excellent service. They even cleared up all my messy bits before they left including broken and old glass which always creates a hazardous risk if it remains behind. -

They broke a window during a repair job and left without saying anything. I noticed it as soon as they left. I called to find out what had happened and was advised they had "removed the glass intentionally" and suggested we use "flyscreen". The person was extremely rude and unhelpful offering no apologies or suggestions for rectifying the situation. When I asked directly if the window had been broken by accident they said it was intentionally removed and explained to me that that particular window should not have glass but flyscreen. Only after the landlord and real estate agent spoke with GM did they finally admit the window had been broken during the work. Now they are taking another 3 days to return to replace the glass which they broke.
