    DO NOT rent or especially, buy in these apartments. The fire alarms falsely go off weekly (at random times of the day), there is constant problems with leaking (resorting in molds) and management are rude, uncooperative and not at all helpful. From all the horror stories I've heard AND my own experience of 6 months of renting there...you have been warned.
