    What a gem! Fabulous service with really helpful staff. I went in for a quote and because I only wanted to fix and not fully repair, my car was sorted and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Free of charge. It made my day. I can't praise them enough. I would highly recommend Gabba Collision Repairs to everyone. A refreshing experience. Well done!!!!!

    Simply brilliant. Bonez4Me must have caught them on a busy day. Had my car repaired there a few times and each time the service and repairs have been top notch. The workshop looks amazing. First time I walked in I was like, "this ain't some two bit grease shop!!"

    Unfortunately our insurer uses them as a recommended repairer so we couldn't escape. It went wrong immediately when we contacted them about the repair procedure, which would be fairly stock standard you would expect. However, we spoke to about 3 different people on different days all having a completely different story about the repair procedure, ranging from yeah just turn up to we have to schedule an appointment for that. Turning up at the place they couldn't be bothered to assist us down to being plain rude: you should have made an appointment, where are your papers?. Unfortunately different receptionists seemed to be gifted with the same client unfriendliness. Finally getting to speak to the client manager didn't make things any better. They literally promised us everything from yes, we can do this to no worries, we will take care of that but in the end it just doesn't happen. Notable events were: making an appointment for 8:00AM to be told that the assessor never comes in before 9:00AM, handing over all the documentation one day and the next day being asked where are you papers? You should have brought your papers. Overall, an awful experience.

      We are disappointed you didn't have a very good experience when we repaired your vehicle. It would've been nice if you had brought your concerns to the attention of management rather than posting them anonymously on the internet as we would have made every effort to get to the bottom of your confusion. We have recently been training new front of office staff and some times the complexity of the repair approval process can be confusing until new staff are comfortable knowing correct procedure. We encourage you to contact our office regarding the problems you had.
