Took me Monaro in for some repairs after I was rear-ended by a Toyota MR2 travelling north on the M1 in Feb. Had me back flying again real quick. Good as new back on the road. Only had me wheels in the shop less than a week too. Top panel shop.
I had my new Audi A6 repaired by Gabba Collision and was very happy with the quality of workmanship and all the staff we great. I would highly recommend Gabba Collision to my friends and family if ever in need of a smash repairer.
They used to be good year ago but now its like a sausage factory providing hurried, very low quality bodywork repairs.The paint on the repaired bumper of our Mercedes Benz had a large visible paint bubble & the paint started to crack & peel in several places only weeks after the repair. I find it infuriating that I take an expensive car there for repairs & they screw it up & seem have no concern that it is a luxury car for which we paid a lot of money. On the last occasion we needed bodywork repairs, we took our car elsewhere & were very happy with the service & quality of the repairs. Gabba Collision Repair Centre quite frankly isn't deserving of anyone's business.
My 3 week old car was towed to GCRC straight from the accident, they weren't a recommended repairer thru my insurance company but after seeking advice from my dealership I was happy to leave it there. Due to a parts delay of 2-3 weeks from Japan the team at GCRC successfully completed repairs within 5 weeks (much to my relief). They were extremely informative throughout my ordeal & I'm very gracious for all their help. A fantastic job thank you so much :)
I had my car repaired here a two years ago, ever thing seemed fine with the car. But once I came to sell the car this is when all the problems came out, had RACQ inspected the car a couple of times. After the second time I had a chat to the RACQ guy and there was a list of things wrong with the car, all involved the front end where the work was done. The front head lights were meant to be replaced at the time of collision and I paid for new headlights but there just repaired the old ones and made them look shiny after a while water was getting inside the light, the cross bar at the front was not painted and rusted over time leaving a corrosion looking peace of metal, the gaping was uneven around the front end and the list goes on. I had to take the car back after I collected it because the side indicator clip was broken and they didn't repair it and I was also charged for this. Who ever over looks these repairs is slack. I would not recommend this place to any one. They mite make the car look shiny but under the panels reveals shortcuts and cost cutting methods. The car was only 5 years old and I had to sell it for half what it was actually worth just to get rid of it.
From drop off of my damaged car to final collection after the repair my experience with Paul and the courteous, friendly admin team at Gabba Collision Repair Centre was unsurpassed, their service completely 'above and beyond'. My insurer was only wanting to replace the damaged headlight with a 'refurbished' one and the end result would have been the headlights wouldn't have been an age matched pair. Paul worked wonderfully on my behalf and successfully argued for a new replacement pair to guarantee a match. I am VERY particular with my car and Paul promised me I would be thrilled with the finished result. He delivered on his word. Gabba Collision Repair Centre's excellent service resulted in very minimal inconvenience to me whilst my car was off the road - complete with facilitating another car for my use whilst mine was off the road. My car looks like new again and was returned to me thoroughly detailed inside and out. Impressive service all 'round. Thanks Paul, Leah and the rest of the team.
Never leave reviews usually unless totally impressed by a service / business. I am totally impressed with the thorough nature in which our car was repaired at GCRC. Our Prado was rather damaged (to say the least) due to a run in with a pole. You would never know now. The staff at GCRC not only fixed extensive damage in 3 days, they cleaned our car inside and out and returned it 'like new'. Above and beyond the type of service you would only 'hope' to receive. First man who inspected the car, was then there to accept the car the day of our booking. He detailed everything that would happen, updated us as to the progress and then completed the job to a high standard. The handover today, was faultless and it is a credit to the management / staff and establishment. The gentlemen who originally took our car in was with another customer today and even went to the lengths of calling to confirm we were totally satisfied.
