    Having purchased a number of cars from dealers both locally and o'seas, it was a nice surprise to deal with the pleasant and professional family/owners of Gabriel Motors. Their friendly approach was genuine, showing interest in understanding my needs first and then proceeding to showing what was available within my budget range. The sale was smooth, the quality of the vehicle excellent and the after sales service unique. I strongly recommend them.

    Hey Jasmin, we met you for ten minutes and already we felt like part of your family. Your dad, your hubby, your brothers invited us with open arms. I haven't slept all night like a 63 year old kid given a new pair of shoes for "Sundays" ? Wow, Jasmin the car you sold me you never told me there was so much good surprises to come with it.

    Your Dad has truly established a company based on Ethics unprecedented in the Motor Vehicle Retail Industry.     Buying a used car is a risky proposition so the more information the buyer has the better. There are plenty of organizations like NRMA that can verify the state of a car but I believe knowing who you're dealing with is important too. Since I'm very satisfied with my dealings with Gabriel Motors, I'd like to recommend that prospective buyers touchbase with Jasmine as she was very fair, patient, professional and genuinely wanted to find me the car that met my requirements. She was open to independent inspections; available to answer questions/concerns; encouraged me explore options on my own time and even found mutually convenient places for car showings. All in all the transaction was hassle free...I drove away with a car that ticked all my requirements and believe that Jasmine gave a me a fair price! I'd encourage a phone call to Jasmine for your next purchase.

    Very pleased to say that I fully agree with the previous reviews. Raymond, Jasmin and Mark at Gabriel Motors are indeed great people to deal with. I bought a car from them last week with a trade-in. They were very helpful and open with information, with no hesitation for independent mechanical inspections.

    After the independent inspection (which I paid my own mechanics to perform), some minor issues were noted and Raymond agreed for it to be remedied. They delivered on all that was agreed and on time. Picked up the car on Friday with no hassles.

    Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

    I couldn't agree more with atan7 below. Never have I put "used car salesman" and honest/trustworthy in the same sentence but Raymond is one of a kind, I guess. He went all out to make sure my (new) used VW Tiguan was detailed to my satisfaction after agreeing to a very decent price and trade-in value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my close family and friends and won't think twice when it's time to look for my next car!

    When you think "used car salesman"- The words honest, transparent, friendly, accessible and caring don't often come to mind. But my experience at Gabriel motors led me to believe that there are used car salesmen that are all of the above.

    Coming from a family which has never bought a used car- I was quite concerned as I didn't know what to ask or what steps to take or you how to negotiate prices. For those looking to buy a used car and are as clueless as I am...

    Some great advice from our government friends.

    We initially searched for cars on the internet from online cars sites like www.carsguide.com.au and one in particular caught our eye which was listed by the dealership Gabriel Motors. We emailed Gabriel motors and within 24hrs Raymond had called us to ensure we had as much information as we needed.
    A friendly email followed inviting us to bring a list of questions with us when viewing the car.

    That afternoon we went to the dealership and after looking around at the other used cars there we saw the one we were interested in. Raymond then approached us from the dealership's humble office and gave us the keys to look at the car. He then gave us space to inspect the car and to discuss. There was no pressure, and we felt very comfortable.

    Raymond then explained to us that we could take the care for a test drive and if we were interested in purchasing the car he would be happy for us to get an independent inspector to check the vehicle, though he was very confident the car was in great condition. Raymond, was very focused on ensuring we had an exceptional experience in every way. The next day I had some concerns and called Raymond on his mobile (on his day off) and he was very patient with me. We called a few days later and Jasmine was cheerful and happy to address our questions and concerns.


    We decided to purchase the car (after an inspection from the great guys at Sydney Auto Inspections). It was washed and Raymond (at our request) even helped organise a servicing for us.

    Overall, if you ever see a used car you like at Gabriel motors you can rest assured that they will take care of you, and be keen to make sure you leave happy. Just make sure you write down all the questions you have before you come to ensure you give them the best possible chance of servicing all your needs.
