Good food, but let down severely by it's woeful customer service. If you're the type to just go out for dinner, Gabriella's isn't too bad.

  My family and friends had the pleasure of dining at Gabriellas on Sat 12th May and we were very pleased at the quality,quantity of food and the prompt service. WE walked away thinking what a great place and we will definetly be back for more. Prices were reasonable. There are no tablecloths on the tables which will make it lok and feel more upclass however I am sure that will come at a price to the locals or dinners. Please consider the table clothes on the tables. Perhaps they can ask us if we prefer the TC. Keep up the great service and quality of food and the choices available. Gluten Free is desirable.

Gabriellas is such a fantastic restaurant and takeaway! We love everything on the menu because they always use fresh ingredients and the food is cooked to perfection.
As locals we are really happy to have a great eatery nearby. I would encourage others to give it a go. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Keep it up gabriellas!!!

I have been going to Gabriella's Restaurant every month since it has opened 2009 and I cannot fault them. The food is great and the cost is affordable . The staff are always friendly. If you want a lovely night out or a private function give Gabriella's Restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed.

I had a "pleasure" of dining in this place and I can assure you that I'm never coming back again. The staff is totally disregarding customer needs and the food is terrible. It's really hard to get staff's attention. The staff shows preference towards some customers while ignoring others. And to top it all off they tried to charge us for something that we did not order or consumed. It seems they only care about profit and not about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for pleasurable dining experience this place is not for you.

  Matt1, I find your comment a bit hard to believe and disappointing. I have been a regular customer of Gabriella's since it's opening and have never had a negative experience both in regards to the quality of the food and service. Customer service has always been excellent, even during busy times and the quality and serving size of the meals have been sensational. Matt, there's no excuse for poor service regardless of where you go. I would recommend you go again and give them another chance, don't judge the restaurant based on your negative perception of your experience.
