    I've had to deal with Gallagher and Bassett due to a workers compensation claim which was approved anyway after having my operation I still hadn't received loss of wages so after calling my employer they informed me I had to deal with Gallagher and Bassett to get my loss of wages,so 28 calls later and 3 weeks later I finally got the first payment since then I've had to call them countless amount of times trying to get previous payments that they owed me,well after being told 8 times they've sent the money I've found out by another employee there that nothing has been sent,At one point my case manager there said to me I didn't have a job only to find out later that was a load of rubbish,Things got that bad trying to resolve the matter I turned to workcover for help only for them to be told by Gallagher and Bassett they've payed me up to date which was not the case,I got that annoyed I even complained to the head manager there which moved things along,Gallagher and Bassett have kept me in the dark about everything they didn't even tell me how much I was gonna get each week for loss of wages,I had to go through another company to find that out,I also requested a payment history from them to make sure they have payed me correctly,still nothing no surprize there.

    I can't believe the amount of stress I've been put under by Gallagher and Bassett as you could imagine this was the last thing I needed after a operation,I hope once I recover I'll never have to deal with this company ever again,I'm sure if I didn't do my research about what I was entittled too I'm sure I wouldn't have seen a cent from Gallagher and Bassett .

    I found Gallagher and Bassett Highly unproffessional and I wouldn't recommend to anyone doing business with them if it can be helped
