    I have never had a worse salon experience. I was firstly greeted by the new "Apprentice" who asked me to "Sit down &wait" when someone finally came from the lunch room 25 minutes later i was finally taken to a chair. After explaining that I wanted BLONDE foils in my Medium brown hair which I have done for years now she got started. Long story short I sat in the chair for 5 hours!!! under heat. When the foils finally came out my hair was orange... As I had a senior staff member doing my hair I assumed they knew what they were doing... Apparantly not so I spent another 70 minutes under the heat.The foils were taken out again and instead of orange foils with a red tint it was now more of a brownish orange. I had to get out of there before I burst into tears. I was told it would take a few more months to get me to the blonde I had always had. I was charged $250 because 2 tints had to be used and they also trimmed my hair (because half of it snapped off with the bleach) then sent on my way.

    I am absolutely disgusted that a hairdresser could let a customer leave that way. I would never step foot back in that salon again and advise any first timers to think twice before going there unless of course Orange is your colour...
