The worst customer service I have ever encountered, not only that but their range is pitiful and given the fact that it is a small store I would have at least expected a 'Hello' from the staff but sadly no. Don't even bother with this store, if you want quality games there's probably plenty of places in the city.

  We are dissappointed our staff did not greet you on entry and will definately discuss the matter with them. In reference to the games, we admit that some strategy and popular family games may be missing at the moment as we sold out of many during the Christmas and New Year period as did the Wholesalers themselves. In addition, many Wholesalers close for several weeks after Christmas. Reordering will be completed soon, however, and new games arriving in the near future. In the meantime there are still hundreds to choose from, but if there is a particular game you are searching for we will happy to try and locate it for you.

Games world is the place to go for collectables, board games, jigsaws, remote control, model kits, toys, chess sets and all your hobby needs. The staff are friendly and offer ongoing support everyday. Games world gets five stars =]
