The proprietor promised me a time, he then did not make it, he does not call me to let me know he is running late, I then call him, he suggest another time, he does not make it again or call me to apologise, I then call him a number of times, he turns off his mobile phone and goes off for the day. My whole day is wasted because of this man's false promises.
