    it all depends on what you want... this is the 3rd highrise ever built in surfers so it's pretty small and old, it is right next door to a park and the northcliffe surf club which is awesome, it sits on the sand with a good beach break only 80mtrs away. BUT be warned.... this is not the place to party in, it is full of normal people and families, the manager has lived here for many years so if you want to paty hard look elsewhere my friend..... otherwise Garfield is what the surfers of the 1960's was... nice and simple.... i love it

    garfield is kinda out of surfers - about a 10 minute walk to the main bit of surfers paradise which isnt too bad.. its right on the beach which is good and easy to get to
