    I had one of their servicemen out to my house to have a look at my heater and I was overly impressed with the level of service I received. Not only was the service prompt, but the technician was able to explain to me in plain English what was wrong with the heater. Aside from that I found that they were reasonably priced (after hours of calling around!) and I would recommend them to anyone!
