The people have provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received. They sold me a faulty item and I have received no apology or anything, now they refuse to give me a refund. 10 phone calls later they still had not called me back, finally when I rang the general manager answered. He was rude, told me he did not care about my problem and then hung up on me. Incredible!! I don't know how this company is still in business. I would warn all other shoppers to shop VERY carefully as at the sign of any problem you will receive 0 help.
