We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

    Had timing belt replaced at a cost of nearly $600, car was running perfectly fine prior to timing belt replacement, upon pickup car making loud belt noise and engine vibrating badly, returned car & was told it was fixed. Only the noise was fixed bad vibration still present.
    Returned car again and was yet again told it was fixed. Same problem still present.
    So basically don't take your car here unless you want to be without a car for 3 days.
    Was never offered refund on work completed.

    Gateway have been fantastic - my husband and I moved to Leopold and within days the car died and we didn't have all the money to fix it so the lovely people at gateway lets us put down some of the money and organised a payment schedule for us. They have ALWAYS called when they have found something wrong with the car BEFORE fixing it - to make sure we can afford it. The only thing I can fault is that there always seems to be something extra wrong besides just a service - which may just be my car!
