A Remedial Massage Therapy session with Gavin will vary depending on your needs. It can have a treatment / injury focus or it can be for on-going prevention. The level of pressure is also individually applied depending on the nature of your injury and the focus of your massage session.

After graduating as a Naturopath in 2006, Gavin has taken a specialty approach in Musculoskeletal Naturopathy. A consultation will include the assessment of your symptoms, diet and lifestyle. Depending on your condition then herbal remedies and nutritional supplements may be prescribed; along with simple dietary, lifestyle and exercise advice.
