Your hosts Ron and Warren are a gay couple who have shared their lives together for 10 years and are proud to offer B&B accommodation in their home

Located in Sunshine Beach this  boutique home stay/bed & breakfast property is ideally situated just a five minute stroll to the beach and  village coffee shops, bars and restaurants, surf club and less than a ten minute drive to Hastings Street, the beautiful Noosa River precinct and Noosa National Park.

There is also direct access to public transport should you require it.

The home offers spacious and air-conditioned accommodation where guests will be treated to a relaxing experience with attentive yet discreet service. Guests are encouraged to relax in the lounge whilst listening to many hours of stored music on the integrated Bose music system or sit back and relax in the garden, the outdoor room or around the pool.

The home offers luxury accommodation where you will be encouraged to make yourself at home with a selection of teas and coffee as well as home baked biscuits from Warrens kitchen during your stay. As the house caters to a maximum of only four guests at any one time you will always be assured of personal service, attention to detail and a feeling of space.

Breakfast is served either in the French style dining area or in the stylish outdoor room adjacent to the pool. Breakfast includes in-season stewed fruit from Warrens kitchen, fresh tropical fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, cereal, Bircher muesli, selection of toast or muffins, homemade preserves, tea or coffee.
