    They were here from 4 pm til 9 pm on 4th Jan to look at my computer but had no success so they said they would be back next day as they thought my pc had to be restored because my "office 2003" was corrupt & my microsoft "free antivirus" had also contributed to the problems I was having.
    I couldnt see what they were doing because they had a young child with them & as I have to use a "walker" did not have easy access to the pc room.
    They advised me to transfer all my much loved family photos to my portable hard drive which I did so I know it was working.
    They came back next day again at 4 pm and again with the young child til 8 pm and told me my pc was fixed so I paid the $280 quoted
    Next day I had problems with my phd & printer so I rang & had to leave a message.
    They did not return my call so I rang the other number listed in the add ( in gold coast sun ) & when they answered, started to tell them my concerns THEY HUNG UP ON ME
    I dont think it is fair that I had to pay a reputable person another $180 for something they should have fixed.
    No ratind deserved.
