Ken, the technician, was extremely polite, helpful and respectful of my lack of technical knowledge. He made me feel confident about what he was doing and did a great job of getting my computer up and running once again. He also tidied up lots of stuff I didn't need and gave me helpful solutions to questions I had. If I require assistance in the future I would really like Ken or someone like him to come into my home. I was initially concerned about the name of your company ( Geeks!) as I did think that your technicians would be young computer savvy people who would not respect my lack of knowledge. Ken had an understanding and maturity that I appreciated.
