    Technician was prompt and helpful, offering advice even though he couldn't fix the problem. Offered to stay and fix any other computers as well since we'd payed for his first half-hour. Followed up to talk me through setup of new hardware when it came. Top notch!

    Monk was my technician and he was smart, funny and amazing to have in the house. He helped me with the technical problems I was having while also deactivating unnecessary program's that were slowing performance. He went well beyond the call of duty, and wore a cool necklace also :)

    When first calling Geeks2U, the receptionist was the happiest woman I have ever spoken to. Definitely a pleasure to call. Good customer service is an amazing way of guaranteeing return business, so all your call-girls deserve a few Tim Tams for the amazing work :D Amazing!
    Kudos to you all and thank you immensely for saving my computer from my stupidity!

    Highly knowledgeable, very proficient, excellent value for money, and professional. Thank you so much Geeks2U - you saved me thousands of dollars(really!!) , thousands of files (which were recovered from 2 non functioning hard drives). It was amazing that the complete 'fix' and replacement of 2 HDs, was able to be done in my home, immediately, professionally, and very well priced. The booking call was absolutely Amazing - I have never had the customer service that I received from your company ever before, both online and/or physically. I will be highly recommending your service to everyone that I know (even on FB LOL)

    Ken, the technician, was extremely polite, helpful and respectful of my lack of technical knowledge. He made me feel confident about what he was doing and did a great job of getting my computer up and running once again. He also tidied up lots of stuff I didn't need and gave me helpful solutions to questions I had. If I require assistance in the future I would really like Ken or someone like him to come into my home. I was initially concerned about the name of your company ( Geeks!) as I did think that your technicians would be young computer savvy people who would not respect my lack of knowledge. Ken had an understanding and maturity that I appreciated.

    The service is extremely friendly, helpful and terms and conditions are outlined completely and the service is prompt and delivered in a considerate manner to those of us lacking in a vast knowledge of computers and their workings. Our technician, Monk, was beyond any criticism. His arrival was spot on and the manner in which he conducted himself on both occasions was not only professional, also very friendly. Within moments he put my concerns to rest and was very helpful with options. Monk's enthusiasm for his job was a pleasure to encounter, often this trait is hard to find in a service industry. Monk is indeed an asset to your company.
