Used this company through work and was not totally satisfied. The gentleman that came fixed the problem we had but after he left we realised he had somehow uninstalled our printers and it was very time consuming to set this back up.

Can't say I was thrilled with this mob. They came to my house and tried to fix the problem, though admittedly i was not charged as they didn't know what to do. Eventually I called my computer company ( the manufacturer, won't say the name) and they determined that the mother board had died. I hadn't heard of this. OVERPRICED. You will notice the people with good reviews are the ones that have had simple virus checks and backups. In my experience, companies like this charge a lot but pay their employees/sub contractors very little. Any DECENT tech would not work for these prices. That leaves Geeks2u customers with the duds.
