I had a bad experience with the quality and spirit of service from one of the workers in this clinic. I went to the clinic to try to get some information on the treatments they offer and the prices of the treatments. I waited for more than half an hour without talking to anybody because they have no receptionist. Finally one of the workers went out and they did not want to talk to me because they said I didn't have an appointment. I find that very rude, since I waited for a long time! and they didn't even apologise for the waiting period. Basically I asked if they wanted me to leave and they agreed. I cannot comment on the quality of the hair removal itself, but I can tell you this people don't look very professional and they lack courtesy in the way they treat their potential clients. I also sent them an email describing the event and they didn't even bother replying my email.

  I had been recommended this clinic to help with my facial hair problems. I found the staff to be very knowledgable and helpful. The bookings are by appointment only and they seem to be heavily booked.I have since referred a few friends, who are very happy with the service and the results. This clinic is one of the few places that offer a permanent solution to people with unwanted hair, and I have found the staff to be empathetic and helpful.
