    Although your contract will say professional finish you should also expect poor joinery finishes, cracks in concrete slabs that paper can be put into, cracking/chipped brick work, with mortar that doesn't go the full depth of the brick surface, generally paint applied in places that are easily seen - the others/surfaces are an optional extra only available through threat of legal action ... and every excuse you can think of to explain why the contract hasn't been adhered too by Geelong Homes/Hamlan Homes.

    Damage to property and then months to get anything done to have the items repaired to state prior to damage.
