    An update - it's been nearly a year since I took this problem to VCAT, and still no resolution. GPBW was ordered to repay my money back in November 2010, and since then I have been chasing my refund to no avail. It's always "I'll get it to you next week" or "tomorrow". Now I am filing a "warrant to seize property" to try and recoup my money.

    Took car in for structural rust repairs to be done for roadworthy. Failed RWC two weeks later, and on closer inspection NO work had been done apart from covering all seams with silicon and black spraypaint. They swore black and blue the work was done, but we're looking at the car and a welder hasn't been anywhere near the thing. Taking the whole affair to VCAT. Beware.
