    I have been buying brass from George Weston & son for many years. Today I went in put in my order and was told there had been a price increase not a problem I am used to that because brass has been going up in price quite a lot. I made my purchase picked up the brass and went home. Then I got thinking I should have asked the percentage of increase so I could pass it on to my customer. I phoned the company and the person I spoke to refused to tell me what the increase was and he became a little abusive so I said dont worry about it I will absorb the increase myself but next time I will be buying my brass somewhere else his reply was good we dont want your custom anyway can I give you the phone numbers of the other suppliers to which I replied no thanks I can find them myself.
