    Good meeting venue, very central location with ample parking behind. Oooodles of space and the staff were very attentive at all times.
    Coffee was nice and the music was excellent, overall my impression was good, plenty of Xmas revellers seemed to think so too!

    George's is a great place for lunch! I work 5 minutes away by car and it is my favourite place to have lunch. The menu isn't exactly cheap, but the food has been delicious. Would be better if the staff looked a little more professional sometimes though.

    I stumbled upon Georges due to the size of my Mother's group and the bombardment of prams that came with it. Georges was one of the only places in Camberwell that would fit us in for a relaxing mid-morning coffee. That was over 2 years ago.
    I have also been back for "child-free" dinners with friends and have only had a pleasant experience there. I'm not sure what it would be like if I took my now 3 year old with a short attention span and 9 month old who wants a breastfeed around dinner time though. Was also pricey.

    Really loud and certainly not child friendly, we have a 2 year old who is well behaved, he was walking around our table and we were told by a waitress it was unsafe to have him "wandering around" because of people carrying coffees etc... I enjoyed the food although as mentioned is isn't cheap but won't go back.

    I agree, Georges is not the most affordable place. But if you're looking for somewhere easy to meet for brekky, lunch or dinner, this is it. The food is always great, so it's a reliable option. But as far as atmosphere and value for money, Georges isn't up there.

    Average service, quality meals, but very expensive for what it is. Everything on the menu is $20. The waiter attended to us and we were grateful as it was late and nothing in Camberwell was open and serving dinner, however it's not a value for money kind of place.
