I went there to get my formal dress made. She understood what I wanted and she didn't make the dress to what she liked; it was how I liked it and it fitted me very well. She was very patient and answered all of my stupid questions. Then at my formal, I put a hole in my dress with my shoe so I went back. She was more than happy to repair my dress. -

I had my formal dress made and it is my favourite dress i own. Se kept to the style I wanted and I got to pick the material that I wanted, even though it wasn't from the shop. I was very fussy and she listened to every little detail. I picked it up when she said it was ready and i still had plenty of time before my formal. -

The show room is dirty and smells like smoke, not only that when i went to pick up my bridemaids dress they had black ink all over them , i ended up having to get them all (2 bridemaids 1x flowergirl) all the hems taken up the day before the wedding - i got married 600kms from melbourne and as the dress were not ready i had to get someone else to pick them up 2 days before - i would go to Appointments they didnt even know who i was and they didnt have what was supposed to be done, which on two Occasions it was a waste of time going. i booked for in May for dress to be ready end of October and they still couldnt have them ready by then - that's 6 months.
